Are you thinking of starting a small business or exploring ways to expand an existing one? If yes, then a business plan is an important tool to guide your decisions. You can think of a business plan as a roadmap to successful business execution.

A good business plan will provide greater clarity on all aspects of your business, by describing the nature of the business, the sale and marketing strategy, finance, operations, product/service details, and a projected profit and loss statement. In other words, a business plan is a document that tells what you plan to do and how you plan to do.

With this session, we will explore in details the most important aspects of a business plan and how to tackle the “How To’s”. We will also discuss how to communicate your business and brand identity to secure partners and customers.

Our special guest for this session is Nikol Mard, Founder of Network for Work. 

Network for Work is an organization that empowers highly skilled internationals in Norway to find meaningful and relevant work opportunities. Nikol is a prime candidate to discuss the topic of Business Plan (Lean Canvas) and Brand Communication because when she started Network for Work, she neither had a business or entrepreneurial background, nor waited for her business plan to be perfect.
