Business Plan (Lean Canvas) & Brand Communication

Watch the Video Recording here:

Are you thinking of starting a small business or exploring ways to expand an existing one? If yes, then a business plan is an important tool to guide your decisions. You can think of a business plan as a roadmap to successful business execution.

A good business plan will provide greater clarity on all aspects of your business, by describing the nature of the business, the sale and marketing strategy, finance, operations, product/service details, and a projected profit and loss statement. In other words, a business plan is a document that tells what you plan to do and how you plan to do.

With this session, we will explore in details the most important aspects of a business plan and how to tackle the “How To’s”. We will also discuss how to communicate your business and brand identity to secure partners and customers.

Our special guest for this session is Nikol Mard, Founder of Network for Work.

Network for Work is an organization that empowers highly skilled internationals in Norway to find meaningful and relevant work opportunities. Nikol is a prime candidate to discuss the topic of Business Plan (Lean Canvas) and Brand Communication because when she started Network for Work, she neither had a business or entrepreneurial background, nor waited for her business plan to be perfect. She didn’t overthink her offering. In fact, she took her idea directly to the market to test the concept and customer need.

Nikol had an idea that would bring value to thousands of internationals in Norway – who like her, struggled or are still struggling to find employment in Norway – and was keen to execute it. She learned by doing and is still learning. In our opinion, Nikol has grown Network for Work to become a strong brand and one of the most notable organizations in the employment and professional development space for people of international background in Norway.

We are so very excited for this session and look forward to hearing from Nikol on Wednesday at 2pm. If you haven’t already registered your attendance to this free event, please do so. We look forward to seeing you!
