Step 1 of 2

Share your skills and knowledge and make a positive impact in the life of an immigrant in Norway

BECOME A MENTOR  and share your skills and knowledge and make a positive social impact by mentoring an immigrant through their integration process into Norwegian working life.

Mentorship is a proven method to ensure that people build self-reliance and leadership skills. Through mentorship, future entrepreneurs can be encouraged and empowered to identify and achieve their career goals, while increasing their confidence and gaining a broader business and personal perspective. The mentorship relationship is beneficial for both the mentor and mentee, as it expands and enriches their viewpoints and breaks barriers.

Mentors will provide guidance, give advice and share their experiences to help their mentees start, grow and develop their businesses as well as grow as entrepreneurs.

The KRAFT Mentorship Program will last for six (6) months, starting in June and concluding in December 2023. Each KRAFT participant will be paired with a primary mentor, who they will meet with on a monthly basis for six months (adding up to 6 meetings altogether).
