Refund and Return Policy


We aim to deliver the best quality products and the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. In case you have purchased our product but you have not downloaded it yet, you can request a refund and you shall be issued a full one. However, because our products are digital goods, once downloaded we consider them used and thus we do not offer refunds for downloaded products in most cases.

Requests for a refund issued after downloading our products shall be handled on a case by case basis.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
