The goal of this session is to connect with ourselves and understand how we can make the best of this time – in our own way. We are of the belief that there is no blue print on mental health and wellness, and that we must each find techniques that works for us.
For this session, we will use some practical, interactive and dynamic exercises, to help us navigate our state of mind and wellbeing, whilst connecting with other participants (you are also welcome to just listen and not take part in the interactive session).
