This is the third session of Creating Sustainable Careers, co-facilitated by the wonderful Jo Perruzza and Hyacinth Walters Olsen. So far in this series we have defined the differences between wellbeing, mental health and mental illness, and looked at stress to identify our boundaries so as not to lead to burnout.
