Ricardo Passo (He/him), Head of DE&I, Denmark at Korn Ferry
Ricardo Passo(He/him) is head of DE&I, Denmark at Korn Ferry. He brings a vast amount of experience from the International Education Sector, ranging from Counseling-Psychology, Culture Change Management, and the Implementation of Inclusive Instructional Practices. For the past 15 years, he has led several International and multicultural organizations, serving clients with practical ways to improve DE&I practices to maximize learning, growth, and development.
With over 20 years of international leadership experience from Latin America, USA, Europe, and Africa, Ricardo brings a range of firsthand personal and professional experiences in working in multicultural and international environments. He has made several television appearances and has been quoted in several local newspapers on the topics of Integration, Social exclusion, and Inclusive Leadership.
Ricardo has a diverse educational background, including Systematic Theology, Philosophy, Psychology, International Instructional Leadership, and a master’s is Educational Policies and Administration. He has lived and worked in many different countries across four different continents. He is passionate about DE&I practices and processes; and the potential they present for business growth and development. Ricardo is fluent in English, Spanish, Patois and Danish. He also speaks basic Swahili and has a basic understanding of Swedish.
Sarah Przedpelska (She/her), Queer Educator, Researcher and Facilitator
Sarah Przedpelska (She/her) is a a queer educator, researcher and facilitator. In her work world, she’s committed to supporting schools and bureaucracy in building inclusive and impactful learning communities. In order to make that kind of change, she believes in getting folks together to form shared understandings that question and reimagine the relationships and power structures that shape our day to day.

As the founder of Diversify, Diversify Consult, and HerSpace, Chisom and her team operate at the intersection of democracy, sustainability, justice, belonging, productivity and research. HerSpace, established in 2020, is an inclusive co-creation community for all genders, with a focus on women and non-binary individuals.
