What We Do
About Us
More
We integrate intersectional analysis with multi-stakeholder collaboration to drive actionable change. By fostering diverse perspectives, we bridge ideological divides. Our approach emphasizes working with marginalized groups to co-design solutions, focusing on dismantling root causes of inequities rather than just their symptoms. We collaborate across public, private, and civil sectors to co-create inclusive systems and structures.
We are committed to shaping a sustainable and inclusive Nordic region rooted in anti-discrimination, gender equality, equity, and justice. Through dynamic cross-country collaborations with Nordic civil society organizations, we foster deeper understanding, facilitate knowledge transfer, and promote continuous learning. Our initiatives, such as the Diversify Nordics Summit, Bridging the Nordic Arts & Culture sector, the Nordic Blaze Inclusion Awards, cross-border research, and monthly events, are designed to build meaningful connections—both in-person and digital—that bridge divides and unite our diverse communities.
For over six years, our health programming has focused on women and non-binary individuals, centering equity and intersectionality. As we continue to scale our impact, we remain committed to improving mental and emotional well-being for even more women across diverse communities.
We are dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of refugee, asylum-seeking, and BIPOC immigrant women by focusing on approaches that prioritize what fosters well-being, rather than what causes illness. This empowering model strengthens resilience, helping individuals thrive even in adversity.
Our health programming is tailored to the unique needs of the diverse communities we serve, with a strong focus on incorporating their input and leadership throughout program design, implementation, and execution. We engage through a variety of activities, including Women Circles, Community Lunches, Mental Health and Wellness Peer Mentoring, Exercise for Wellbeing, and Healing through Arts and Craft Sessions. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development, self-leadership workshops, and months-long employment mentorship programs.
In our work on Immigration & Integration, we focus on creating inclusive environments that empower immigrant and refugee communities both socially and economically. We prioritize understanding their unique challenges and advocate for equitable access to resources, opportunities, and support systems.
Through community engagement and collaborative initiatives, we facilitate smooth transitions, helping individuals navigate cultural, social, and professional landscapes. Our approach includes organizing mentorship and entrepreneurial programs, job training, and skill development workshops tailored to the specific needs of immigrant populations, ensuring they feel valued in their new communities.
We engage diverse stakeholders—local governments, civil society organizations, and community leaders—to co-create policies that promote social cohesion and dismantle barriers to integration. By amplifying the voices of marginalized groups, we advocate for inclusive practices that reflect society’s diversity.
Through ongoing research and knowledge-sharing, we inform best practices in immigration and integration, fostering a sense of belonging. Our ultimate goal is to build resilient, inclusive societies where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background.

In working to address global issues and inequality, we prioritize impactful cross-regional collaborations that drive systemic change in marginalized communities. We engage a diverse range of stakeholders, including civil society organizations and private-sector leaders, to confront pressing challenges such as racial and gender inequality, climate justice, and social exclusion. By leveraging our expertise in inclusive communication and knowledge-sharing, we facilitate transnational dialogues and initiatives that bridge gaps in policy, education, and resource access.
Through strategic partnerships, we amplify diverse voices—particularly those of underrepresented groups like immigrants, refugees, and BIPOC women—ensuring that solutions are culturally grounded and contextually relevant. We also create spaces and convenings that catalyze action on global inequities. Our long-term projects include research studies and mentorship programs aimed at addressing social and economic disparities.
Our commitment to intersectionality ensures that our initiatives consider overlapping factors such as race, gender, and class, fostering equitable and sustainable outcomes for all. Together, we strive to create a more just and inclusive world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Our work on democratic renewal is centered on revitalizing democratic systems to be more inclusive, accountable, and responsive to today’s challenges. We aim to increase civic participation, strengthen institutions, protect human rights, and address issues like polarization and misinformation. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders—especially those most affected—we focus on educating the public, reforming exclusionary processes, and amplifying marginalized voices. Ultimately, our efforts seek to build a fairer, more resilient democracy for all.
In our work on Climate Sustainability & Justice, we address environmental challenges faced by marginalized communities, prioritizing the voices of BIPOC communities, Indigenous peoples, women, and youth.
We collaborate with grassroots organizations, governments, and private-sector leaders to co-create solutions that bridge environmental sustainability and social equity. Our advocacy promotes climate justice and ensures diverse perspectives are included in decision-making processes.
Through educational programs, workshops, and public gatherings, we empower communities to advocate for their rights and engage in sustainable practices. Our research highlights the intersections of climate change, social inequity, and systemic discrimination, informing best practices for resilience and adaptation.
By centering justice in our climate work, we strive to build a more equitable future for all.
