Inclusion Report. This study provides insights into the current working life within the five Nordic countries captured, taking into account the population’s diverse backgrounds in terms of nationality, country of residence, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, occupation, race, gender, and disability. In addition, an overview of the current situation of inclusion in the Nordics is conducted and the areas where improvements are needed are pointed out.

The DNS Best Practice Manuals. Based on the panel discussions, keynotes, and workshops that took take at DNS,  we create a list of the best practices.  In these manuals (DNS’22 & DNS’23), we provide a brief insight into each session in accordance with the structure of the event: keynote topics, panel discussions, workshops, reflections, and the Fireside chat.
