The new year has started and is settling in… To make space for the new, positive and bold beginning or renewal, Diversify is organizing a Yoga and Lunch event. We will have an hour of eclectic Yoga with Yogi Sarah D’Antoni, followed by a hearty and healthy post-yoga lunch catered by our favourite Chef, Ampy Basa of Casa Basa.
As part of our Diversify Health and Wellness commitment for 2020, we want to make Yoga meet-ups a part of our monthly gatherings.
We are all familiar with physical and mental benefits of yoga – as it is one of the best ways to let go of everything that no longer serves us, whilst giving space to and welcoming new, fresh and positive energies into our lives.
Diversify Yoga:
During this yoga session, you can expect to shake things up and let the stressful thoughts of every day life go as you move peacefully into the mind and body. Through a combination of breath work, free movement, light Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and meditation sequences, this class will get your blood flowing, detoxify your lymphatic system, and soothe yourself into a restful state for the weekend.
What to Bring: Yoga Mat and Appetite :).
Diversify Lunch
Our Yoga session will be followed by a healthy lunch catered by Case Basa. Over food, we get to meet new people and grow our community.
We are looking forward to seeing you all!
Spots are limited, and reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
Book your place on Eventbrite today.
This yoga session will be guided by Sarah D’Antoni.
Sarah D’Antoni comes from a background rooted in curiosity. Through her yoga classes and work as a social & cultural psychologist, she seeks to emphasize the different lenses life can be viewed from and create space and acceptance for multiple truths. As a New Jersey native, her travels, studies, and residency in Asia, North America, throughout Europe, and now Norway, have lead her to become a facilitator of meditation, ecstatic dance, 5rhythms, women’s circles, breathwork, yoga, cacao (chocolate) ceremonies, storytelling events, and personal development workshops. In her workshops and life, she aims to create space to empower people to let go and embrace their inner voices through the power of movement. Unlike the typical linearity of yoga, Sarah’s classes provide space and support for whatever is present to release while encouraging intuitive flow and surrender to the body’s truth. She believes intention, space, and loving presence are the keys to leading a meaningful life and connection with oneself and others. We look forward to having Sarah as our teacher!✨
