Are you looking to be inspired by a group of like-minded people in a relaxed social setting? Come join us on Zoom for our new addition to Creative Fridays, a fun monthly meetup with no set agenda.
Use this opportunity to be social, creative or merely enjoy a change of environment. During a time when the pandemic is forcing us to adapt, we all need to connect, create, and feel inspired. Scientists have proven how beneficial creative activities are for our mental health by reducing anxiety, depression and stress. Writing, drawing, painting, embroidery, and even coloring has a positive effect on our wellbeing. Today, this is more relevant than ever.
Combine creativity and connection with support and laughter with friends. Everyone is welcome to join in – even if you just want to color in a book as we talk! While we will be sharing ideas, showing what we are working on and giving advice on resources here in Norway or abroad, this is first and foremost a way to enjoy what you do in the company of friends.
This event is suitable for anyone. Bring what you would like to work on, share or seek input. By the end of the evening, you’ll have made some progress on your work, found inspiration, met friends and told COVID you intend to carry on with your life.
