Book Launch- The Art of Active Allyship event poster

Diversify is proud to host an inspiring evening to celebrate the book launch of “The Art of Active Allyship” by Dr. Poornima Luthra as a part of Oslo Innovation Week.

What can I do?
When it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion, it’s a question that comes up time and time again. How can we be more inclusive in our interactions with colleagues? Where can we find tangible ways to push the pendulum towards inclusion in our workplaces? How can we nurture an environment where everyone feels safe to bring their whole self to work?

In The Art of Active Allyship, Dr. Poornima Luthra identifies and expounds on the 7 behaviours that will set you on the path towards inclusive workplaces. With practical tools and concrete examples, Dr. Luthra paints a picture of everyday active allyship that everyone can use to show up as an active ally not to some, but all.

At the book launch, Dr. Luthra will share her personal journey and delve into key concepts from the book.  We will also engage in a vibrant discussion with industry leaders on allyship. The other speakers joining us will be announced soon.  This is an incredible opportunity to gain firsthand insights from renowned experts in the field of diversity and inclusion, connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about fostering an inclusive and equitable society and harness the transformative power of allyship.

This event is FREE to attend! The location will be announced soon. Snacks will be included. Follow the LINK to register!
