DESCRIPTION:At HerSpace\, we are proud to be part of a collective and necessary effort to be active participants in helping people\, especially women\, advance in their social\, personal and professional lives.\n\nFor this reason\, we have designed this series in collaboration with Africa Connect\, as one of the ways to support their growth. This is a recurring event. Every two weeks\, you will hear from a female leader who will share her professional and/or personal story\, experience\, knowledge\, insights and/or advice. You will also connect with others and grow your network. \n\nOur special guest of honour for this session is Nikol Mard. Nikol is the founder of Network for Work (NFW)\, project that empowers highly educated and skilled internationals to create and find meaningful\, relevant work opportunities. Prior to starting NFW\, Nikol spent two years researching integration of immigrants in Norway from a gender perspective.
