We look forward to seeing you! \n\nIn our Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace session for September\, we will discuss microaggressions and microaffirmations. \nMicroaggressions are defined as the everyday\, subtle\, intentional — and oftentimes unintentional — interactions or behaviors that communicate some sort of bias toward historically marginalized groups.\n \nMicro-affirmations are small acknowledgment of another person’s value.
