Fredrik is a licensed psychologist who has been engaged in policy and systems work focusing on human capabilities and wellbeing for transformation during more than 20 years. Fredrik has been actively engaged in international collaboration with international entities such as OECD\, WHO\, EU and with several countries such as Canada and US\, and cities such as New York City. \n  \n  \nChisom Udeze\, A seasoned Economist and six-times founder\, brings over 15 years of leadership experience\, driving organizational change and sustainable impact. With a global perspective from working in 7 countries across three continents\, she excels in uncertain environments. Collaborating with entities like the European Commission\, The United Nations and The Economist Group\, she is adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders. As the founder of Diversify and Diversify Consult\, she spearheads the development of sustainable and data-driven Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion\, and Belonging (DEIB) strategies for companies\, governments\, and civil society.
