DESCRIPTION:The baby arrives! The family and the breastfed baby \nLearn what to expect when the baby arrives\, and how to get off to a good start. We will discuss cultural and family expectations\, as well as open discussion on your expectations and goals.\nLeave with a good understanding of what to expect from your body in the first week or 2 of\nbaby being born\, and a list of ways that your family and partner can support you in your\nbreastfeeding goals. \nEach month\, we will repeat the cycle of topics. Whether you are a mother-to-be or currently breastfeeding\, we want to give you relevant support by offering sessions tailored to your needs. Each stage of the breastfeeding journey is important for you and your baby. We will take a step by step approach that focuses on the mechanics\, benefits and challenges of each stage. \nTake part in this wonderful opportunity to build a supportive community of mothers and share your own experiences and tips.
